The Committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine considered immediately a package of the Bills regarding reforming of the spirit branch of Ukraine presented for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other subjects of legislative initiative.
It has been also proposed that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine comissioned proper bodies to conduct complex examination of financial and economic activity of State Concern "Ukrspyrt" in 2007. Results of the examinations should be considered at one of the next government meetings.
The Committee Members proposed to consider matter of conformity of posts taken by the State Concern "Ukrspyrt" management.
